How to make chapatis :
To make chapatis, mix one cup of flour with a pinch of salt and add two tablespoons of oil or melted ghee. Add around 1/3 cup water and knead, forming a thick dough. Break off small pieces of the dough, form balls, and roll the balls out. Cook these basic chapatis on a griddle, and serve warm.

Preparation Method :
Add Atta flour,sugar,rava,mahuri (Aniseeds),banana,salt as per taste and add water to make a semi liquid batter.Whip well and keep it for 25 to 30 mins.Then Heat non stick tawa on a medium flame.Spread a little ghee approxmately 1 tsp and spread it on the tawa like a dosa.After one minute turn the pitha,when you get golden brown at each side, remove it from tawa and Serve Hot.
