• 1 Small Onions chopped
• 1 Green Chillies chopped
• 1 small carrot grated
• 1 green mango grated
• Juice of 1/2 lemon.
• 4-6 stalks of coriander leaves – finely chopped
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp of Mustard Seeds oil
• half cup roasted Chana
Preparation Method for Jhal muri:
• Mix the chopped and grated ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well.
• Add the salt, chili powder and mustard oil and mix thoroughly.
• Add the roasted chana and puffed rice.
• Mix well and serve immediately before it starts to turn soggy.
• Perfect for a Snacks time.
